Checkout was easy overall. The shipping options took a second to load or sort through, but nothing too complicated, pretty much what you'd expect.

I was surprised by how smooth the whole business order process was. Compared to other places we’ve used for office orders, this was much quicker and less stressful. The support team responded fast and made everything easy to sort out.

I found the parts I needed without having to click around forever, which was nice because I was already half distracted with coffee getting cold on my desk. The search worked well, and the product pages had the details I actually needed instead of making me guess. Checkout was straightforward too. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages look a little old and could load faster, but overall it got the job done

My order showed up damaged, getting it fixed was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Customer service took forever to reply, and when they did, it felt like they were just brushing me off. I spent more time chasing this than the item was even worth. Like, make it make sense. Definitely not ordering again.

The first response took a little while , and I did have to explain the problem twice , which was kind of annoying . But once we got going , the guy clearly knew his stuff and gave me easy steps to follow . It wasn’t perfect , but they got me sorted out without too much hassle .

The voltage ratings were a bit different from what I thought they’d be, so that was kind of confusing, haha. Just wish the specs had been a little clearer upfront.

I was trying to pick up a few basic electronics parts, but the selection felt limited to me. A couple of things I assumed would be easy to find weren’t available, and some of the categories looked bare. I ended up having to go to another site to get everything I needed, which was a bit disappointing.

I did get my refund in the end, it just took a few extra days longer than I expected. The return itself was straightforward though, so I’d still be willing to order from them again.
